MOSCOW, September 16. /TASS/. The dollar exchange rate against the ruble gained 23.25 kopecks to 60.03 rubles as Friday trading opened on Moscow Exchange compared with the previous closing.

The euro exchange rate was flat at 59.78 rubles.
