MOSCOW, October 4. /TASS/. The dollar to ruble exchange rate decreased by 50 kopecks at the Moscow Exchange opening and currently stands at 58.36 rubles.
The euro exchange rate grew by 43.5 kopecks, to 54.035 rubles.
