MOSCOW, October 12. /TASS/. The dollar exchange rate rose by 74 kopecks from Tuesday's close, trading at 64.4 rubles on the Moscow Exchange as the trade opened on Wednesday.

The euro grew by 68 kopecks, to 63.16 rubles.
