VLADIVOSTOK, October 12. /TASS-DEFENSE/. The Admiral Panteleev big antisubmarine ship of the Pacific fleet trained repelling an air raid at drills in the Sea of Okhotsk, the fleet said.

"The ship detected an approaching bomber and trained the algorithm of repelling an air strike. The ship locked on the target and destroyed it by antiaircraft fire before the aircraft released bombs," it said.

Il-38 antisubmarine aircraft acted as the adversary. There was no live fire, only electronic launches.
