Volkswagen Board Member for HR, Gunnar Kilian, said: “There is cross-sector competition for the best brains when it comes to digitalization, software and connectivity. That is why our message is: Volkswagen is already a big and highly-attractive IT employer. Our HR marketing is reaching out to software developers as well as scientists and gaming experts with ‘hello possible’. And for the first time, our own female IT experts star in our “Software is female” advertising campaign for “hello possible”. I am especially pleased about that. The signal we are sending is that Volkswagen has top-class specialistst for digitalization, electrification and IT, and we intend to reinforce our teams with further top experts. Now is the time to join Volkswagen”.
At the heart of the campaign is the “hello possible” image film that introduces “New Volkswagen”. Andrea Morgan-Schönwetter, Head of Recruiting and Talent Marketing, said. “At Volkswagen, it’s not just all about vehicles, it’s also about developing innovative and sustainable mobility concepts for the future. We are focusing on people with the right mindset and skills”.
The www.hello-possible.de microsite bundles all the campaign elements as well as being the landing page for everyone who wants to find out more — or to put it another way, the “facilitators, thinkers, mavericks and innovators” that the campaign is reaching out to.
