Samsung Electronics America, Inc. is proud to announce the rankings and results of J.D. Power’s 2020 Kitchen and Laundry Appliance Satisfaction studies. Samsung has received more J.D. Power Awards for Kitchen and Laundry Appliances than any other manufacturer in 2020, ranking highest in eight out of 11 segments.

Consumer satisfaction was measured on a 1000-point scale and was based on six factors: ease of use, features, performance and reliability, price, styling and appearance, and warranty.

This year, Samsung ranked highest in all three segments of the J.D. Power 2020 Laundry Appliance Satisfaction Study.

Samsung also ranked highest in five segments of the J.D. Power 2020 Kitchen Appliance Satisfaction Study.
