MOSCOW, August 26. /TASS/. Natural gas prices in Europe ended the trading session on Friday below $3,200 per 1,000 cubic meters after the dramatic surge above $3,500 per 1,000 cubic meters, according to ICE data.

Gas prices lost 1% by the close of business. September futures at the TTF hub in the Netherlands declined to $3,164 per thousand cubic meters or 306 euro per MWh.

Gas prices are growing on the back of soaring Asian futures for liquefied natural gas supplies and in anticipation of Nord Stream pipeline suspension for three days.
