- Slovakia will soon receive more liquified natural gas (LNG) and nuclear power following the launch of a new pipeline with Poland and the green lighting of a nuclear power plant last week.
- The pipeline’s launch is also good news for Poland as it will access Southern European terminals and Slovak gas storage.
- At the launch, Heger stressed the energy security for business as well as for households, while Morawiecki called a new connection “pipeline of peace”, while Nord Stream 1 and 2 built by Germans and Russians are “pipelines of war”.
