VLADIVOSTOK, September 5. /TASS/. Russia will reduce gas production this year by about 7%. Pipeline exports will also decline by the end of the year, but supplies of liquefied natural gas (LNG) will remain at the level of last year, Russian Energy Minister Nikolay Shulginov said in an interview with TASS as part of the Eastern Economic Forum.
"As for gas [production], it will decrease by about 7%. Pipeline exports will fall, LNG [exports] will remain at the level of last year," he said.
Organized by the Roscongress Foundation, the Seventh Eastern Economic Forum will be running from September 5 to September 8 in Vladivostok. TASS is the event's general information partner and its official photohost agency.
