MOSCOW, May 30 (TASS/) - On May 24, Gazprom appealed to the Luxembourg Court of Appeal against the execution of the Stockholm arbitration decision on gas transit in a dispute with Naftogaz of Ukraine, the company said on Thursday.

On May 24, 2019, Gazprom, in order to prevent violation of its rights and legitimate interests, appealed to the Luxembourg Court of Appeal against the un-enforced decision of the Luxembourg court of March 12, 2019, on recognizing and enforcing arbitration decision on transit in the city of Luxembourg, the company said.
