This is how one could briefly describe the tourist attractions that are worth a trip to the northern-Slovak region of Kysuce.
From Petránky, it is really close to Marťákov Hill, with a lookout tower designed by Slovak architect and builder Stanislav Mikovčák, whose work could also be found above Strečno village and castle at Špicák Hill, on Bobovec Hill, or above the calvary in Krásno nad Kysucou.
On the way back, you can return by the same route or choose one of the many paths that will take you either back to Zákopčie or you can go to the nearby villages of Ochodnica or Nesluša.
