YEREVAN, May 23. /TASS/. A charter flight from Yerevan delivered 109 Russian nationals who opted to return from Armenia to Voronezh, Russian Embassy in Yerevan press service announced Saturday.
"We are happy to announce that on May 23, a Yerevan-Voronezh flight made it possible for 109 Russians to return home," the Embassy's press service said.
During the last month, a total of 442 Russians left Armenia.
On May 14, Armenian authorities extended the state of emergency, introduced on March 16 over the coronavirus pandemic. Since May 18, all public transit, kindergartens, fitness centers and shopping malls have reopened. Despite partial withdrawal of economic restrictions, the republic's authorities warn that, should disease incidence spike, it will be met with harsh prevention measures.
