MOSCOW, January 21. /TASS/. Russian President Vladimir Putin and his Finnish counterpart Sauli Niinisto have discussed cooperation in combating the spread of COVID-19, Kremlin Spokesman Dmitry Peskov said on Thursday.
"They discussed bilateral relations with a focus on cooperation in countering coronavirus," he said.
"The two leaders exchanged views on security and stability on the continent in the context of arms control," he added.
According to the Kremlin spokesman, "the Finnish president also raised the issue of Russian blogger (Alexey Navalny - TASS) who is currently in a pre-trial detention center in Moscow."
