Sommer was appointed as a member of the Board of Management with responsibility for components and procurement with effect as of 1 September 2018. He is leaving the company at his own request by amicable and mutual agreement. His area of responsibility on the Board of Management will be taken over on a provisional basis until further notice by Frank Witter.
