Samsung Electronics America, Inc. is proud to announce the rankings and results of the J.D. Power 2021 U.S. Appliance Satisfaction Study. Samsung received more J.D. Power Awards for appliances than any other brand in 2021, ranking highest in nine out of 11 segments.

Consumer satisfaction was measured on a 1000-point scale, and the categories were based on five factors: ease of use; features and settings; performance and reliability; price; and styling and appearance.
