At its meeting today, the Supervisory Board accepted the resignation of Helle Kristoffersen, a member of the Supervisory Board, the Strategy Committee and the Asia Business Development Committee. Ms. Kristoffersen has stepped down to take up new duties at the Total group.

On behalf of the Supervisory Board, Louis Gallois expressed heartfelt thanks to Ms. Kristoffersen for her positive contribution to the Board’s work.
