ST. PETERSBURG, June 14. /TASS/. Gazprom Neft plans to order three liquefied natural gas (LNG) bunker vessels by 2025 and the first one will be commissioned in 2021, Deputy Chief Executive Officer of the company Anatoly Cherner told reporters on Friday.

"The bunkering strategy of Gazprom Neft is designed until 2025, whereby we anticipate having 3 LNG bunker vessels. We are already building the first one using a leasing agreement with Sberbank Leasing. It will be commissioned already in 2021," the top manager said.

The first bunker vessel will be built in China, Cherner noted. The price of this ship will be over 30 mln euro, the company said.

Gazprom Neft has already reached agreements on LNG vessels refueling with Sovcomflot and Rosmorport, Cherner noted.

"We expect that we will partly deal with LNG bunkering and carriage at the first stage. We will start bunkering from 20 thousand tonnes yearly and increase to 100 thousand tonnes. LNG transportation will be under the contract with Gazprom - from 70 to 110 thousand tonnes, mainly to Baltic countries," he added.
