Delhi govt will kick off campaign to curb air pollution

State environment minister Gopal Rai on Thursday said the government will launch a widespread campaign to curb air pollution, which peaks in the national capital during the winter, with an action plan he said that would include preparing bio-chemicals, and spraying them across 800 hectares of farmland in the rural belt of Delhi where farmers burn crop stubble.
