Mercedes-Benz India’s sales rise 34 per cent in Q1 2021

  • Mercedes-Benz India today reported a rise of 33.82 per cent in sales to 3,193 units in the January-March quarter of 2021.
  • Strong January and February sales, which remained at pre-Covid level, and recovery in March sales, which were impacted by the pandemic in 2020, helped in achieving growth in the first quarter of 2021.
  • The Mercedes-Benz E-Class LWB sedan was the luxury automobile manufacturer’s largest-selling model in the January to March period of 2021, followed by the Mercedes-Benz C-Class sedan.
