DONETSK, September 19. /TASS/. Denis Pushilin, the head of the Donetsk People's Republic, on Monday blamed Ukrainian forces for deliberately firing on places in Donetsk where people tend to congregate, saying the shelling hit a bus stop, a store and a bank office.

"Ukrainian monsters deliberately fired on places where peaceful people tend to congregate: a public transport stop, a store, a bank office. They want to destroy us, to break us. They won't," he said on Telegram.

It was earlier reported that two Ukrainian shells hit a bus stop and a store in the Kuibyshev District of Donetsk. According to preliminary data, 13 people were killed, including two children.
