Indian markets open flat

MUMBAI, Sept. 13 (Xinhua) -- Indian markets opened flat with negative note on Friday.

On the sectoral front buying was seen in the auto, FMCG, IT sectors and metal, while pharma, bank and infra are trading weak.

The benchmark S&P, BSE Sensex opened at 37,087.35, 16.93 points or 0.04 percent down compared to its previous close at 37,104.28.
