MOSCOW, July 2. /TASS/. Mail.ru Group Global Depositary Receipts (GDRs) grew by 7.6% and reached $24.2 per share on the London Stock Exchange.
By 11:30 Moscow time, the company's securities slowed down to 7.1% and traded at $24.1 per share. At the same time, at the peak of growth, Mail.ru Group's securities reached $24.35 per share.
It was reported earlier that Mail.ru Group's GDRs started trading on the Moscow Exchange in the Level 1 List. The share capital of Mail.ru Group as of October 2019 is 11,500,100 class A shares (give 25 votes), and 208,582,082 ordinary shares (give one vote).
Mail.ru Group's shareholders include South African media holding Naspers (27.6% of the registered capital), Alibaba (10%), Chinese telecommunications company Tencent (7.4%), MF Technologies (5.2%), and 49.8% of Mail.ru Group shares are in free float.
