MOSCOW, July 6. / TASS /. The dollar grew by 0.99% to the closing level of previous trading, to 72.08 rubles on the Moscow Exchange, according to trading data at 12:14 Moscow time.
The last time the dollar was above 72 rubles was May 22, 2020.
By 12:32 Moscow time, the dollar slowed down and is trading at 72.02 rubles which is 0.9% higher than the closing level of the previous session.
The euro exchange rate at the same time rose above 81 rubles. for the first time since May 6 of this year. By 12:33 Moscow time, the euro grew by 1.22%, to 81.27 rubles.
The cost of September Brent crude futures rises to $ 43.44 per barrel (+ 1.5%), while WTI grades rise to $ 40.78 per barrel (+ 0.32%).
