Moscow Exchange Index down 0.2% at opening of trading; RTS Index up 0.02%

MOSCOW, November 18. / TASS /. The Russian stock market opened with multidirectional dynamics of stock indices, according to the data at 10:00 Moscow time, the Moscow Exchange index declined by 0.2% and reached 3046.02 points, and the RTS index added 0.02%, reaching the level of 1258.77 points, according to the data of the trading floor on Wednesday.

By 10:45 Moscow time, the Moscow Exchange index was at around 3057.3 points (+ 0.17%). The RTS index traded at the level of 1266.14 points (+ 0.61%). The cost of the January futures contract for Brent crude oil on the ICE exchange in London increased by 0.43% - to $ 43.94 per barrel. The WTI crude oil rose in price by 0.12% to $ 41.7 per barrel.
