Dollar rate up to 76 rubles on Moscow Exchange, first time since January 7

MOSCOW, January 13. /TASS/. The dollar-to-ruble rose by 1.73% in comparison with the closure of the previous session to 76 rubles, according to the data of the Moscow Exchange as of 06:06 pm Moscow time.

The last time the dollar rose to such a value was on January 7, 2022.

By 06:40 pm Moscow time, the dollar rose by 2.08% to 76.26 rubles, the euro rate rose by 2.15% to 87.3375 rubles.

The price of a March futures contract for Brent crude on the London ICE dropped by 0.35% to $84.37 per barrel. The price of WTI oil fell by 0.5% to $82.23 per barrel.
