MOSCOW, September 13. /TASS/. At the opening of trading on the Moscow Exchange the dollar-to-ruble rate rose by 7 kopecks since the closure of the previous session and amounted to 60.31 rubles. The euro rate also rose by 7 kopecks and amounted to 60.87 rubles.
