MOSCOW, September 22. /TASS/. The dollar exchange rate against the ruble lost 49 kopecks to 60.2 rubles compared with the previous closing as Thursday trading opened on Moscow Exchange.

The euro exchange rate remained unchanged and amounted to 60.15 rubles.
