
Russia’s MOEX Index up 0.33% as Tuesday trading opens, RTS Index adds 0.37%
Russian stocks opened higher on Tuesday as the MOEX Index went up by 0.33% to 3,269.71 points, while the RTS Index gained 0.37% to 1,396.52 points.

The dollar rose by 0.03% to 73.79 rubles, the euro rose èí 0.03% to 90.07 rubles on the Moscow Exchange.
The Russian stock indices showed a moderate growth in the course of trading on the Moscow Exchange on Monday.
The Moscow Exchange and the Kazakhstan Stock Exchange signed the agreement on strategic cooperation on October 10, 2018.
The Bank of Russia did not sell foreign exchange on the domestic market with settlements on December 25 as part of preventive measures curbing volatility, the regulator reported on Monday.
Russian stocks opened mixed on Monday as the MOEX index lost 0.09% to 3,249.41 points, while the RTS index gained 0.09% to 1,379.64 points.
The dollar fell by 0.04% to 74.14 rubles on the Moscow Exchange, the euro – by 0.01% to 90.56 rubles.

The Bank of Russia sold 6.3 bln rubles ($85.49 mln) worth of foreign exchange on the domestic market with settlements on December 24 as part of preventive measures curbing volatility, the regulator reported on Friday.
The dollar fell by 0.34% to 73.6425 rubles, the euro rate did not change and amounted to 90.095 rubles.
