AMSTERDAM, June 24 (Reuters) - Royal KPN NV, the Netherlands' largest telecommunications company, suffered a major outage on Monday, state broadcaster NOS reported. The company could not immediately be reached for comment.

National police said in a statement that emergency services numbers were affected.
