- The Czech EU Presidency is ready to start negotiations on the possible extension of temporary protection for Ukrainian refugees, Czech Interior Minister Vít Rakušan said on Monday.
- Rakušan spoke about the protection mechanism and migration policy reform with European Commissioner Ylva Johansson.
- Apart from more solidarity with Ukraine, he emphasised the need to work on migration and asylum policy reform.
